What Youll Do:

As a Revit CAD Designer, youll play a key role in bringing our modular buildings to life. Heres what your day-to-day will look like:

• Design and Innovate: Draft and develop detailed 3D models of our modular structures for projects spanning various industries.
• Collaborate: Model key structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing elements in Revit.
• Precision in Execution: Generate shop drawings from your 3D models, adding critical dimensions, annotations, and fabrication instructions to ensure smooth assembly and construction.
• Refine and Perfect: Work closely with our Assistant Engineering Manager to revise shop drawings based on client feedback and input from our production team.

Who You Are:

• Bachelors degree required (bonus points for degrees in engineering, architecture, or design).
• 3+ years of CAD drafting experience, with at least 1-2 years of expertise in Revit.
• A natural learner with the ability to quickly pick up new skills and adapt to changing environments.

Knowledge and Skills Were Looking For:

• Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit
• Experience with Architectural/MEP construction drawings, including interpreting blueprints and technical cut sheets.
• Familiarity with Fabrication or Engineered Shop Drawings is essential.
