Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Art Director to help create on-brand print and digital materials for a range of brands and initiatives. In collaboration with the Marketing team, you’ll create assets to continue to cultivate an established brand, as well as shape the look and voice of upcoming brands. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adheres to deadlines, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong understanding of current design and social media trends. Responsibilities:


  • Design and produce compelling graphics, layouts, and images for both print and digital media; including social media, email campaigns, website assets, and more
  • Create eye-catching and on-brand social media content, including Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and short-form videos that effectively engage our audiences.
  • Support the Art Director during photoshoots by assisting with content capture, setup, and creative brainstorming to ensure the best shots and video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets and internal resources;
  • Effectively manage workflow and communications to ensure deadlines are met;
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends;
  • Manage projects through to completion, including ordering printed materials, implementing digital assets and/or creating final files


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2-4 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print media
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or AfterEffects
  • Savvy with social media platforms and content creation, particularly short-form video and Reels for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and flexible with an elevated eye for design, typography, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to adhere to established brand guidelines
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
