Job Description:
We are looking for a hard-working professional with a passion for hospitality, live music, strategic marketing and events. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position will be responsible for managing The Rustic brand. This role will be responsible for driving all aspects of restaurant marketing including, but not limited to brand positioning, advertising, promotions, concert marketing, event activations, local store marketing, market research, public relations, email marketing, data analysis and budget management.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the planning, execution, and tracking of corporate & brand marketing programs, and manage brand marketing calendars to support events, store openings and brand promotions.
- Develop & execute traffic driving strategies for generating walk-in business across multiple stores/markets
- Develop & execute promotional plans to drive ticket sales for live music concert events
- Manage marketing campaigns, including writing copy, project managing creative assets, proofreading, scheduling, testing, and reporting
- Brief the Creative team to create content that will best convey branding, key messaging and appeal to specific audiences
- Support various markets by exploring local store marketing opportunities to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Work with Marketing Director to establish paid media strategies and test plans
- Lead marketing agency partners to execute strategic campaigns and provide learnings
- Maintain brand website to ensure content is fresh, engaging and adheres to SEO best practices
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Manage brand marketing budgets to maximize efforts to reach brand goals
- Assist with onsite event execution as needed
- Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing department and the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- 5-7 years working in the field, or equivalent experience
- Strong brand management experience
- Strong digital media experience, specifically Meta & Google
- Excellent grasp of social media, website metrics, SEO and best practices
- Experience with email marketing platforms. CRM experience is a strong plus
- Experience in restaurant or entertainment marketing preferred
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals and up-to-date with latest trends
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Tech savvy
