Insight Global is hiring: Piping Designer in Robstown

As a Piping Designer you will be playing a critical role in the construction of a refinery plant near Corpus Christi, TX. You will pro-actively aid the Construction Management team in front-line field support and coordination. This role will require collaboration across functional groups to resolve technical design issues, ensure quality installations, track and report cost/schedule metrics, and model safe work practices. Required Skills & ExperienceRequirements-5+ years of Piping design experience-Coming from heavy industrial, oil and gas, and refinery industry background.-Softwares: CAD and plan3D, Navisworks, Bluebeam-Putting together construction packages-Strong proficiency in reading and redlining P&ID drawings-Survey and scanning background Nice to Have Skills & Experience-Electrical design experience-OSHA 10 or OSHA 30-TWIC Card Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
