Your New Role...
Concept + Design Studio is the full-service in-house partner for all things creative within Marketing’s Global Brand & Creative, Max DTC, at Warner Bros. Discovery. Our work spans five teams and encompasses brand identity, campaigns, toolkits, key art, OOH, motion graphics, and print and digital design. Together, we create and translate the brand for any medium to best serve our stories.
We are seeking a high-energy, dedicated Senior Designer passionate about visual communications, branding, and design. As part of the Brand Creative & Campaigns team, the SD will be integral in creating assets across a breadth of projects. They include Max brand 360 marketing campaigns, theatrical DTC releases, paid and organic media, Max brand visual identity evolution, and style-guide updates. The SD will be an advocate for the visual identity of our brand, ensuring the core brand aesthetic is maintained throughout all creative executions. Your Role Accountabilities…
Ideate and conceptualize design for Max 360 brand campaigns and theatrical paid campaigns, including OOH, digital display and social
Partner with the Art Director to create strategic presentations and pitch decks for leadership and stakeholder creative review
Drive campaign design from concept through final production • Maintain and update brand templates and style guides, ensuring brand consistency across assets. Design with visual brand elevated standards at the forefront
Have a strong understanding of grid use, typography, and hierarchy of information
Collaborate with motion team to complete graphics packages and/or animate social graphics or custom digital display, bringing static art to life
Manage and prioritize multiple projects, producing high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment
Participate in the briefing and ideation phase to develop creative that’s on brand
With the guidance of the Art Director and department lead, generate ideas and initiate new formats of content/design in response to performance reports
Stay up to date with current technology and design trends in the visual communication industry
Qualifications & Experience…
Degree in graphic design with 5–7 years’ design experience, in-house or agency
Proficient in latest Mac software: Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Acrobat, and relevant troubleshooting tools. A willingness to Embrace AI
Extreme attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Impressive, wide-ranging portfolio
Ability to successfully manage time, workflow, and schedule
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Clear understanding of meeting project deadlines
Entertainment industry experience a plus

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
