Valley is hiring: Product Designer in New York
Valley, New York, NY, United States
đź—» About Valley:
Valley automates the end-to-end appointment-setting process for B2B companies using AI for 1/10 of the cost of using a human. Check out what Forbes has to say about Valley - HERE.
Valley is building an AI SDR that actually works. We believe that to solve the problems in outbound - you need to build a platform guided by sending fewer messages, not more. To achieve this the platform must:
Identify people actively in their buying journey, route / score them based on buying signals, research additional information about them, reason through the best approach angle for an outbound message, copy-write hyper-personalized sequences for them, and send messages to them on the cadence you define.

🤞🏼 WHO YOU ARE
You have high product empathy. You deeply understand and care about the product, its users, and its impact - not just the beautiful code you will inevitably write. And you can make business level, strategic, personnel, and cultural decisions based on this.
You are a ruthless operator. You thrive in disseminating problems to their foundational parts quickly. You can create systems and processes that allow the team to 1. Be unified and aligned around the core goals / priorities 2. Execute against these goals as quickly as possible with no communication gaps
You are a relentless learner. You will spend time consuming content, researching, and understanding the competition, our customers, and the market sentiment/trends to build a clearer picture of how to improve the product, user experience, and internal operations.
You are never satisfied. We can always ship faster. Build a better experience for customers. Grow faster. Work better. Increasing velocity constantly - never settled. You wake up thinking “how can we build a better product?” and “how can we operate better?”
You are proactive. You have an intense desire to fix and improve. If we have a meeting coming up, you are thinking about how it can run more efficiently. Write an agenda, prepare materials, time block, etc.
You are product obsessed. You will spend countless hours digging into every user flow to deeply understand how the product works and how it can work better.
You are detailed oriented. Another way of saying this is user obsession. You will dive into the smallest part of the user experience and how we can make the product more intuitive. You will dive into the smallest part of how we operate and fix it. The details matter.
You feel stagnation viscerally. You feel a physical pain when things are moving slower than they could. Hyper obsession around how we can build a better product… faster. For more customers.
You have a high EQ. You’re adept at recognizing, understanding, and managing your own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.
You Want to Build a Company. You’re not here to code, work for CEO, or follow a roadmap. You are here to build.
You Could be CEO. You have the leadership qualities, vision, and determination of a CEO. You’re capable of making tough decisions and inspiring others.
You are insatiably competitive. You will run through walls to win. You win. You win. You win. We approach this in every facet of our lives - work, health, integrity, relationships. You have an olympian work ethic. There’s no such thing as perfect, but there is such thing as the constant pursuit of greatness. We keep each other accountable to this every day.
You don't clock in and out. When there's a fire - you are there with a hose. When there's a win - you are there with a piece of cake. When there is a loss - you rally the team and get to work.
You are responsive. You are available for your team when they need you.
You celebrate. Life is short - wins are important. But you never get complacent. Complacency is the death of ambition.
You are an energy. You bring passionate, contagious, and vibrant energy to those around you. You’re not overly sensitive. You let yourself be yourself. Good vibes = good momentum // good momentum = good startup.
You figure it out. Learn how to learn, and you can do anything.
You do hard things. Easy choices, hard life - hard choices, easy life
You don’t quit. Roll with the punches, there will be many.
You point fingers when you win & hold hands when we lose
