Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: New York NY 10007 - Onsite role

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay rate: $75/hr on w2

Job Description:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of UX design experience, with strong skills in prototyping, visual design, and data visualization.
• Experience with Miro is also a must
• Able to connect the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals and driving impactful results.
• Proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe CS; familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
• Design solutions that transform how people interact with complex financial data, making a lasting difference for our customers.
• A portfolio of end-to-end UX projects is required
• Need experience with inhouse product development

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design vision and execution across products, making complex financial data intuitive and visually engaging.
• Develop interactive experiences, data visualizations, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows and drive user satisfaction.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and researchers to bring your designs to life, fostering a cohesive vision across teams.
• Use prototyping, wireframes, and testing to validate your ideas and ensure designs meet user needs at every stage.
• Occasionally facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to gather insights and build alignment across stakeholders and end-users.
