Our client, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is in search of a Freelance Digital Designer to support production design and design direction for digital campaigns. Experience as a Digital Designer within the pharmaceutical industry is required. This is a contract engagement and is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creative output and ensure quality standards are met
- Grasp overarching objectives for both clients and the agency
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and partner agencies
- Proactively identify potential challenges across projects and teams
- Support work plans and team requirements for ongoing and future projects
- Build a trusting and communicative rapport with creative team members
Required Qualifications:
- Online portfolio showcasing design work within the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of hands-on design experience, including 2+ years within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience working on large design teams with multiple moving parts
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Proactive strategic and creative thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
