Job Description
Role: Marketing Graphic Designer
Position Summary:
The Marketing Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling visual assets to support the marketing and branding initiatives of FirstEnroll, a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) of financial services and billing administration for healthcare agencies. This role combines creativity and technical expertise to produce designs that effectively communicate the company’s value propositions, enhance brand awareness, and engage key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design & Content Creation:
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, infographics, and social media graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Create visual content for email campaigns, websites, advertisements, and events.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
2. Brand Management:
• Ensure all design materials adhere to the company’s brand identity and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Support rebranding or brand refresh projects, as needed.
3. Digital Media Design:
• Develop visuals for online platforms, including websites, landing pages, and digital ads.
• Create motion graphics or video content to enhance digital storytelling and engagement.
4. Collaboration and Strategy:
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to understand project goals and target audience needs.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
5. Project Management:
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., printers, videographers) for production when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the insurance, healthcare, or TPA industries.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with the TPA industry or other professional services industries.
• Experience designing for B2B marketing campaigns and corporate branding.
