We are seeking an Event Planner Intermediate for a very important client. The Event Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Southeast events team with the planning, execution, and evaluation of client events. The position is critical to developing event strategies that align with business goals, creating impactful events, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. The role demands a creative thinker with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with senior management, bankers, and the global events team. Responsibilities - Collaborate with stake holders to understand business objectives and design event strategies that support these goals. - Oversee the end-to-end process of event execution, including calendar management, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and event materials production. - Utilize the event management platform to track events, manage RSVPs, and analyze ROI. - Manage all event-related communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups via the event management platform. - Provide strategic insights and creative ideas for event concepts, venues, and content. - Stay current on Miami and Southeast venue trends to ensure events are innovative and fresh. - Work with internal teams to leverage shared resources, consolidate ideas, and explore cross-selling event opportunities. - Communicate effectively with senior leadership and assist in weekly team and budget meetings. - Handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines and manage late hours and travel as needed. The ideal candidate must posses the following qualifications: - At least 5 years of experience in event management, with a preference for experience in financial services. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Expertise in managing high-touch events, including budgeting, logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event evaluations. - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong focus on data management and ROI analysis. - Familiarity with the Miami and Southeast regions' venues and trends. - Ability to work late hours and travel as needed. - Teamwork - Organization - Attention to detail - Working under tight deadlines Desirable Qualifications Prior experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
