About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Pre-Commercial Marketing to lead the charge in preparing our groundbreaking biologic products for future launch. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive pre-commercial marketing plan that incorporates market research, brand strategy, financial analysis, and innovative digital marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure insights from both marketing and patient perspectives drive our commercialization process.
The ideal candidate will come from a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors, with extensive experience in specialty launch and pre-launch strategies. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing marketing teams. A BS/BA degree in business or a related field is required, and an MBA is highly preferred, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. Your analytical, data-driven mindset coupled with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills will be key to your success.
