About the Role
The company is actively seeking an innovative Executive Director or Senior Director to spearhead the Hematology Marketing Strategy, primarily focusing on a leading BTK inhibitor. This critical role involves shaping and driving the US brand strategy for hematology products, encompassing strategic brand planning, customer segmentation, and ensuring market readiness for launches. We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong focus on oncology and hematologic malignancies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance the brand strategy, effectively communicating marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with sales leadership. You will partner closely with business analytics and global marketing teams while cultivating and mentoring team members.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated and collaborative, sharing a deep commitment to advancing cancer treatment. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams. Experience in competitive markets and a history of developing talent are vital. You must demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities, adept at gathering and analyzing customer and competitor insights to inform strategic plans. A minimum of 5 years in people management is required, along with experience launching products in the US biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace.
