This critical role involves shaping and driving the US brand strategy for hematology products, encompassing strategic brand planning, customer segmentation, and ensuring market readiness for launches. We are looking for a candidate with at least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a strong focus on oncology and hematologic malignancies. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance the brand strategy, effectively communicating marketing initiatives, and building strong relationships with sales leadership. You will partner closely with business analytics and global marketing teams while cultivating and mentoring team members.
