The Role

The Associate Director, US Marketing, Hematology will develop and implement brand strategies for Genmab’s first asset in hematology, EPKINLY. This role will report directly to the Director of EPKINLY HCP Marketing and work closely within the US Marketing Team and cross-functional teams. Success in this role will require strong leadership and strategic thinking. Responsibilities Develop and shape key strategies and tactics to align with the overall brand vision. Integrate promotional strategies into the overall product brand plan. Manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content for brand readiness goals. Partner across Brand and Digital Marketing to implement brand campaigns and messaging. Translate data into insight-driven decision-making and strategies. Lead through external agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive performance results. Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic direction for the sales force. Manage project timelines, budgets, and key deliverables. Requirements A minimum of a bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience, including US in-line marketing experience. People management experience is highly preferred. Oncology/hematology marketing experience is highly preferred. Prior joint venture/co-promote experience preferred. Strategic mindset with a proven track record of brand performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in a dynamic environment is preferred. Ability to travel domestically. The role is hybrid – 3 days in our Princeton, NJ office. The proposed salary band for this position is $144,375.00 - $240,625.00. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors.
