The RoleThe Associate Director, US Marketing, Hematology will develop and implement brand strategies and execution for Genmab’s first asset in hematology, EPKINLY. This critical role will report directly to the Director of EPKINLY HCP Marketing and work closely within the US Marketing Team, EPKINLY cross-functional teams, and EPKINLY Alliance collaboration partners. Success in this role will require strong leadership, realizing strategic and tactical synergies, indication leadership, and pan-indication brand activities.
Responsibilities
Develop and shape key strategies, pull-through prioritized tactics, and live into the overall brand vision set by Genmab organizational leadership.
Seamlessly integrate promotional strategies into the overall product brand plan.
Develop and manage detailed tactical plans and develop related content to drive brand and launch readiness goals.
Partner effectively across Brand and Digital Marketing, within Genmab and across Alliance collaboration, to implement brand campaigns, positioning, and messaging across all brand collateral.
Effectively translate primary & secondary data into insight-driven decision-making and actionable strategies and tactics to establish and sustain a competitive marketplace advantage.
Work productively to lead through external agency partners, key internal stakeholders, and cross-functional groups within the Genmab organization.
Salesforce Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership and develop clear strategic and executional direction for the sales force.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and all key deliverables aligned to brand goals.
Requirements
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
5+ years of professional relevant experience required, including US in-line marketing experience.
People management experience is highly preferred.
Oncology/hematology marketing experience highly preferred.
Strategic and creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proven track record of brand performance, including developing strategies and tactics with measurable impact.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide range of audiences.
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Experience working in the highly complex, dynamic environment of an emerging organization is preferred.
Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving, fast-paced work environment.
Commitment to a corporate culture of innovation, patient-centricity, inclusion, and compliance.
Ability to travel domestically.

SalaryFor US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $144,375.00-$240,625.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
