What does an Payroll & HR Specialist do?
Accounting Clerks assist the Accounting Department with many of its administrative and clerical duties. They perform basic office tasks, assist with bookkeeping and reporting, and research and resolve discrepancies.
Responsibilities of Payroll & HR Specialist:
Process payroll in Paylocity
Help better processes and efficiencies
Bring new ideas to better the workplace!
Assist various department heads as needed
HR functions such as employee relations, assisting with benefits and recruiting
Qualifications of Payroll & HR Specialist:
3 years + of payroll
3 years + of HR
Degree is preferred
