Payroll/HR Manager
Our client, a well established non profit, is seeking a Payroll/HR Manager to join the growing team! This is a fantastic organization that will offer great work life balance and a strong leadership team.
This is an onsite position with a salary range targeting 55-65k per year
Payroll/HR Manager- Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-boarding functions and working with individual department managers to onboard employees in Paylocity
The timely and accurate processing of all full-time and part-time payroll for the organization including the transfer/upload of the completed payroll files into the accounting software
The timely and accurate payment of all collective bargaining agreement (union) related benefits
Responsible for acting as a liaison between HR department to ensure all HR initiatives and strategies align with each other and the overall mission and vision of the theatre
Coordinate all recruiting and hiring efforts including position description, posting, receipt of resume, screening candidates, submitting offers and onboarding new team members
Coordinates professional development opportunities
Liaison with IT department to coordinate IT needs
Liaise with HR regarding benefits available to team members and maintaining legal compliance to cultivate a supportive workplace that promotes optimum performance ensuring that all team members understand their benefits and the policies of the organization.
Payroll/HR Manager - Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Prior blended experience with HR and payroll
