Responsibilities:

Oversee tax reporting for fixed assets across companies, from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Manage acquisitions, sales, taxable distributions, and investment activities, ensuring meticulous financial accuracy.

Handle accounting for international offices, including tax returns, financial statements, and audits.

Prepare and file various US Census Bureau and state reports, ensuring adherence to regulations.

Collaborate with external entities for miscellaneous tax returns, offering innovative solutions.

Convert foreign currency data into US dollars, integrating seamlessly into financial systems.

Efficiently manage leases, and reconcile lease expenses.

Reconcile payroll bank accounts and ensure financial operations comply with rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business/Accounting.

A solid understanding of GAAP Principles and proficient knowledge in Tax Accounting.
