The
Billing Analyst's
impact will span various financial activities, including accounting, revenue reporting, process improvement, and driving scalability across the Corporate Finance department.
Key responsibilities include:
Driving innovation and efficiency in billing and revenue calculation processes
Developing insightful reporting and analyses to support Finance and Data Solutions teams
Implementing robust internal controls and improving documentation
Handling billing, month-end close duties, cash receipts, and financial reporting
Collaborating cross-functionally with client delivery, sales operations, and finance leadership
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of corporate accounting or public accounting experience in the financial services industry
Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of accounting principles, especially ASC606 revenue recognition
Experience with revenue, treasury management, accounts receivable/payable, and cash reconciliations
Ability to manage large data sets and drive efficient analyses
Excellent organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
Preferred but not required: CPA license, accounting degree, experience with ERP systems
