Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and training.
Qualifications:
5+ years of human resources experience.
Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
