Champ City MarkIT is expanding its Promotional Sales Team in Dayton, OH. We are seeking 4-6 Retail and Customer Service | Sales Support Staff. Team members will work in local retail venues and pop-up events to help clients raise brand awareness and increase market share in specific areas.

Retail and Event Sales Staff Day-to-Day Duties:
To be your best, you will work both independently and as part of a team, liaising directly with the customers both accurately and efficiently to achieve our company goals.

Key duties include:

• Greeting customers on a face to face basis within a retail setting.
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication at retail based events.
• Providing accurate | valid and complete information by using the right methods | tools.
• Assisting customers with the selection of merchandise | services.
• Completing transactions
• Driving sales
• Answering questions regarding the clients’ services and products.

Availability: A full-time schedule would be preferred. However, part-time is available with a minimum of 4 days a week. Whichever 4 days you chose, if selected to join the team!

Education | Experience: There are no specific educational requirements for this position. However, experience in a customer-facing position such as in retail | sales | customer service | hotel or restaurants would be beneficial.
