A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MARKETING COORDINATOR

As a marketing coordinator, you work directly with prospective residents, their families, and the community to organize and plan marketing events. You will showcase your communication and sales skills by conducting tours of One Lincoln Park, home visits, and generating new leads by cultivating referrals by hosting and participating in community relations functions.

In this role, you have a meaningful impact on the quality of life for our residents and their families. By providing excellent customer service, you are a friendly and courteous presence for our residents. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining work experience while providing excellent services to our residents!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MARKETING COORDINATOR

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Strong background in sales and customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to effectively communicate including verbal, written, and through various forms of technology
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proficient in event planning/development of marketing materials
• Professional, friendly, and courteous
• Work well with other team members
