The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, supporting our Luxury and Fashion vertical, you'll play a crucial role in our growth strategy by connecting with e-commerce leaders, qualifying new business opportunities, and setting up meetings for our enterprise account executives. You'll be at the forefront of identifying emerging market trends, engaging with potential clients, and mapping out the shopper experience.

This is a hybrid role and based from our office in New York.

Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling email and social media messages to capture the attention of busy decision-makers.
  • Partner with our Digital Marketing team to create targeted and engaging campaigns for prospective enterprise retailers.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.
  • Develop and refine presentation decks that highlight our value proposition to potential clients.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching up-and-coming brands and analysing market trends.
  • Maintain and log all activities in our technology stack, including Salesforce.com, to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Partner with our marketing team on lead follow-up and event coordination to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience within the luxury and fashion vertical is preferred, although no essential
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive messages.
  • A highly motivated, tenacious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, fashion brands, and retailers is a plus.
  • Experience in business analysis and market research.
  • Strong listening, presentation, and time management abilities.

The salary range for the position is $62,700.00 - $78,400 USD per year.
