We are seeking an experienced Digital Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of our online media presence through strategic partnerships and impactful digital content. Reporting to the Director of Digital Media, you will lead Color Street's strategy and execution across owned digital platforms, with a primary emphasis on building influencer and affiliate networks and creating engaging, on-brand content for our paid/digital media program. This role will be pivotal in scaling our online community, driving engagement, and expanding our brand reach across key platforms.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media & Digital Advertising:

  • Develop and execute a strategic paid media plan across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to amplify brand messaging, drive sales, and increase ROI.
  • Oversee budgeting, ad placement, and campaign performance for social media ads, aligning with key marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to analyze ad performance, optimize targeting, and drive impactful paid campaigns.

Influencer & Affiliate Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates that align with our brand values and objectives, driving content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and coordinate influencer campaigns focused on engagement, brand loyalty, and conversions.
  • Execute affiliate marketing strategies to maximize program reach and performance, tracking and analyzing ROI and affiliate KPIs.
  • Ensure that all influencer and affiliate content aligns with our brand messaging, standards, and paid media objectives.

Social-First Content Creation:

  • Conceptualize and create high-quality, short-form video content that tells compelling brand stories and engages followers across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Write briefs and provide creative direction for social-first content, partnering with internal and external creators to ensure videos resonate and encourage community growth.
  • Lead the creative process from ideation to post-production, including scripting, editing, and optimizing videos for various platforms.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, preferred influencer CRM tool) to track and report on the performance of paid media, influencer, and affiliate campaigns, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify actionable insights to drive continuous improvement and meet KPIs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates, ensuring our strategies stay ahead of the curve.

Community Engagement & Brand Representation:

  • Oversee community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with influencers, affiliates, and customers, managing reactive and proactive interactions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams to align campaigns with brand standards and marketing goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in social media marketing specifically with Influencer relations.
  • Passion for beauty, experience in this field preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, positive, and solutions-driven attitude.
  • Understanding of photo and video editing resources such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
  • Knowledge of post-production, including color grading, re-touching and editing.
  • Basic understanding of design resources such as Canva.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational, detail-orientation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open to travel opportunities.
  • Existing social content portfolio or digital body of work required
