Salary: $95,000 - $120,000

WHO YOU ARE

 

You’ll be the architect behind b2b and b2c campaigns that connect our clients to audiences that matter. You’ll own the end-to-end process of crafting influencer strategies, managing partnerships, and establishing performance-driven affiliate programs. You combine creativity, analytical rigor, and cultural fluency when making recommendations that are designed to make an outsized impact.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Set the Strategy: Develop and execute influencer marketing and affiliate strategies tailored to our clients’ goals, audience, and industries.
• Build Relationships: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators, ensuring authentic and meaningful collaborations.
• Campaign Execution: Lead all phases of influencer campaigns, from ideation and contract negotiation to execution, tracking, and optimization.
• Affiliate Program Management: Create and manage affiliate programs, driving revenue growth and brand reach through strategic partnerships.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze campaign performance metrics and affiliate program KPIs, delivering actionable insights to partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, digital marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment across campaigns.

 

 

WHAT YOU BRING

 

• Experience: 6+ years in influencer marketing, affiliate management, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency or brand-side role where you have designed and executed campaigns for mostly B2B high-growth brands.
• Strategic Mindset: The ability to articulate what channels drive specific outcomes and how you analyze the perfect fit using business objectives and goals. You excel at sharing past experiences and using what has/hasn’t worked to inform future decisions. 
• Relationship Builder: A natural connector who fosters long-term relationships with influencers and partners to reengage with in the future. You have a trusted list of video editors, writers, and other creatives that you can engage in consulting roles. You are adept at setting up dashboards to track success and ongoing optimization of campaigns.
• Communication Skills: You’re a sharp and fast communicator with a background in copy writing or advertising and you’re a natural storyteller. You’re equally comfortable using written and visual mediums when leading engagements with partners.
• Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of influencer platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and affiliate marketing tools. 
• Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
