Our company, a leader in the automotive industry in South Florida, is currently in search of a content manager that will be an integral leader and member of the social media, blogging, marketing, communications, and branding team.

The social media coordinator will be responsible for maintaining, and monitoring the social channels for each of the group’s stores which includes: Facebook, Twitter, G+, Instagram and Pinterest.  Additionally, they will manage and run the group's influencer relationships, helping to build our brand and extend our reach through meaningful partnerships with relevant influencers on various platforms. This is a full-time position.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with fellow content team members to maintain a current and relevant message on social channels

  • Daily monitoring of the various social media channels for each business

  • Ensuring visuals and concepts meet current web standards

  • Staying ahead of social trends to take leverage opportunities of new ideas and/or technologies

  • Monitoring each of the social channels, respond accordingly and report positive and negative sentiments to the appropriate management

  • Creating Facebook Ad Sets with campaigns and monitoring their effectiveness

  • Monitor and report each channel’s analytics on a monthly basis

  • Create new and engaging content via text and graphic design materials

  • Reports to the CMO

  • Managing current influencer relationships for the group and identifying/strategizing/forming new relationships to extend the group's reach into key areas

 

Must Have Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience handling social media for multiple accounts

  • Demonstrated expertise in the use of the social channels referenced above

  • Demonstrated expertise in the English language

  • Demonstrated ability to create appropriate, engaging responses

  • Demonstrated ability to develop appropriate responses to positive and negative comments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong collaboration skills within a small team environment

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite -- especially Photoshop
