Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will involve being out in the field, engaging with attorneys and law firms to drive patient referrals and build strong, lasting relationships. Additionally, engaging with doctors, surgeons and other physicians that we partner with to support their patients. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic B2C marketing plans to promote our services and drive business growth. As well as, identify key areas for the organization to grow that have a need for our services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in marketing strategy and execution, with strong leadership skills and a passion for innovation. A strong background in relationship-driven marketing, with exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must. Someone who will be successful in this role, works towards solutions to improve every aspect related to marketing and organizational representation. This can vary from staff engagement, patient experience, service recovery, organization reviews, customer service, and more. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing (B2B & B2C) Lead Brand Marketing efforts by aligning on brand initiatives and strategy using traditional marketing avenues including print, online, and digital marketing to increase visibility and self-referrals. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and use insights to inform marketing strategies. Work directly with Executives, providing guidance, strategy, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Lead the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, email, and events. Manage the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing materials and communications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Leverage digital marketing techniques to drive leads through the main webpage and other online platforms. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract patients who are self-referred or referred by attorneys and other medical professionals Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into the company's marketing strategy. Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track spending to ensure maximum ROI. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to support marketing initiatives and campaigns. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing results, insights, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Field Marketing & Relationship Building: Engage directly with attorneys and law firms to establish and nurture referral relationships. Track growth and volume through reporting as a result of engagements. Promote the medical group’s brand and services to attorneys, ensuring they are well-informed about our capabilities and treatment plans. Conduct and arrange in-person meetings between physicians and legal firm staff; presentations, and networking events with legal professionals to foster strong relationships. Maintain a large database of existing relationships and work on building new ones. CRM Implementation & Data-Driven Strategy: Lead the selection and implementation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system within the first 90 days. Develop and execute comprehensive content distribution plans targeting new consumer segment Utilize data-driven strategies to analyze performance metrics, including financial metrics and relationship metrics. Develop and monitor metrics for new relationship establishments, referral growth, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Ensure a logical and rational approach behind all marketing decisions, providing clear justifications and analyses. Process Improvement: Identify through feedback collection, reviews, etc. areas for improvement and suggestions on resolution Support customer service metrics are met to continue to grow the organization Provide results on how the providers are represented and ensure plans are developed to improve this representation where needed Required Skills and Attributes: Dynamic Personality: Energetic and engaging with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
