We are inviting applications for the role of a Marketing Specialist based in Lehi, Utah. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media strategies, creating compelling content, designing graphics, implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing the company’s brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to improve brand awareness and engagement
• Produce, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms
• Monitor responses to comments and messages on social media platforms and respond promptly
• Analyze social media metrics and tweak strategies to improve performance
• Write captivating and informative content for various platforms, such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, and website copy
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create educational and promotional materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Design attractive graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, infographics, and presentations
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote doctors, accounts, and hospital services
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
• Manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and print materials
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with the Marketing Director to align marketing strategies with overall business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, sales, and public relations
• Communicate marketing plans and results to internal stakeholders
• Manage and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation, ensuring all marketing materials and communications are consistent with the brand guidelines• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role
• Demonstrable skills in Graphic Design, Social Media, Content Creation, Marketing Strategy, and Brand Management
• Proficient in digital marketing trends and technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals
• High level of creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop new marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams
• Knowledge of marketing tools and software would be an added advantage.
