Robert Half has partnered with a machining company in Holland, Michigan that is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team. In this Marketing Manager role, you will be overseeing marketing initiatives for the company in the woodworking industry. You will be reporting directly to the owners, leading marketing plans and initiatives, and taking ownership of the marketing direction. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of marketing strategies based on market research and company analytics.

• Manage all social media platforms, creating engaging content and monitoring performance.

• Oversee the creation and editing of video content for promotional purposes.

• Design and maintain all print and digital catalogs, ads, presentations, brochures, etc.

• Manage SEO efforts and digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence.

• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics to drive marketing efforts.

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and vendors, fostering positive relations.

• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to facilitate office productivity.

• Arrange events, manage travel plans, and keep detailed documentation.

• Maintain a high level of understanding of industry trends and updates.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial B2B setting.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud for content creation, graphic design, and video editing

• Experience with CRM tools for customer relationship management

• Familiarity with Google AdWords and Google Analytics for online advertising and web traffic data analysis

• Demonstrated ability to create effective advertisements and increase brand awareness

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and effective messaging

• Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO for improving website visibility

• Experience in graphic design for creating visually engaging marketing materials

• MUST have strong skills in videography and video editing for producing high-quality promotional content

• Capacity for content creation, including blog posts, articles, and social media posts

• Experience in managing social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Must be able to work onsite in office daily in Holland, MI.
