Director of Marketing Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development - Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and brand recognition.

• Brand Positioning & Messaging - Refine and communicate the company’s unique value proposition to target customers and industry stakeholders.

• Lead Generation & Sales Support - Develop campaigns to generate qualified leads and provide sales enablement tools to optimize the conversion process.

• Digital Marketing & Analytics - Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, and social media, while tracking and optimizing performance.

• Customer Engagement & Retention - Develop strategies to engage and retain existing customers, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty.


Director of Marketing Qualifications:

To be considered for the Director of Marketing position, applicants should:

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Proven expertise in developing and executing lead generation campaigns and digital marketing strategies

• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools and the ability to use data to drive decision-making

• Familiarity with the CNC machining or automation industry (preferred but not required)
