Our client in the Manufacturing and Industrial space is seeking a skilled Senior B2B Marketing/Communications Manager to join their team. This is a contract opportunity, working 40 hours per week, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial contract period. This is a hybrid role, working 4 days per week onsite in the client's Wood Dale office.
In this position, you will head external and internal groups to strategize and conduct marketing and communication programs, bolstering our regional and global teams towards success. You will oversee executing content/social marketing initiatives, integrated campaigns and organizational communications approaches that influence buying behaviors and employee engagement. Profound firsthand acquaintance with HubSpot and the capacity to work together across the firm to deliver effective content resources/programs are crucial abilities expected in this role.
Responsibilities Include: • Craft engaging content, social, PR strategies, and campaigns alongside agency partners, catering to audiences at all stages of the buyer’s journey and positioning the client as a potential partner. • Develop programs/assets, share insight and line up access to subject matter specialists, amend content and supervise the development, calendar, publishing of superior blogs, press releases, articles, white papers, videos, podcasts, case studies, and more. • Utilize inbound and outbound tactics, including email, paid media, PR, and social media, and others to develop and lead the execution of campaigns. • Invent and disseminate insight and sales enablement tools to empower new business development and account management teams. • Conceive and produce organizational communications to dispatch unified, consistent, and positive messages to internal and external audiences. • Work in association with senior leaders, sales and human resource teams, marketing partners, and others to devise effective marketing strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications required • 7+ years of B2B experience with inbound marketing, digital marketing, solution selling and organizational communication, and integrated lead generation. B2B Marketing is a MUST! • Validated accomplishments in generating and nurturing leads and guiding organizational behavior. • Expert, working knowledge of HubSpot marketing automation and CRM • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Microsoft Office productsIf you meet these qualifications and are ready to engage in an exciting role that leverages your marketing acumen, apply today!
