We are seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to join our team in the manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be a key member of the leadership team, collaborating with various departments to develop and execute marketing plans and initiatives.


Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as advertising, trade media, digital, and social marketing.

• Maintain and enhance internal and external experiences via websites and other interactive channels for maximum lead generation.

• Implement and manage social media plans, including content creation, photography, videography, blog publishing, and social media post management.

• Oversee email marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

• Manage and grow customer loyalty programs.

• Oversee all promotional activities, including website management, trade shows, and product literature and brochures.

• Develop and execute new marketing concepts and techniques, with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends.

• Utilize CRM to drive business results and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Develop metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor and communicate the impact of marketing initiatives.

• Use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for content writing and editing.

• Possesses a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior marketing role within the manufacturing industry (ideal experience 7-10 years)

• Demonstrable expertise in Content Management System (CMS) and CRM

• Proficient in using Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics

• Proven track record in designing and executing successful advertising campaigns

• Strong experience in enhancing brand awareness through various marketing strategies

• Proficient in campaign planning and collateral management

• Experience with digital and direct marketing campaigns, including integrated and online marketing campaigns

• Familiarity with trade show graphics, trade show signage, and trade show management

• Proven track record in social media advertising and social media campaign management

• Experience in corporate social media and B2B marketing

• Proficient in digital marketing and user experience research

• Familiarity with UX principles and HubSpot

• Proven track record in enhancing customer loyalty and managing loyalty programs

• Experience in email marketing

• Ability to create, manage, and interpret dashboard metrics using interactive dashboards and reporting dashboards

• Proficient in web page content writing

• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership and project management skills
