This role is a core member of the leadership team and will collaborate with leadership, sales and product management to develop and execute annual marketing plans, initiatives, and budget. The senior marketing leader will be the central point for all marketing initiatives and manages projects from concept through completion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that include content development and promotion across multiple channels (e.g., advertising, trade media, digital and social marketing) ensuring consistent messages across all mediums that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Creates and maintains best-in-class internal and external experiences via websites and other interactive channels to maximize lead generation using search engine optimization and other tactics.
- Execute Social media plans from strategy through implementation, including writing content, photography, videography, publishing blogs and social media posts.
- Lead email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows in HubSpot.
- Manage and grow the customer loyalty program.
- Manage all promotional activities, including website management, trade shows, product literature and brochures.
- Develop metrics, dashboards and reports to efficiently monitor and communicate the impact of marketing initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred).
Required Skills
- 5 – 7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience building and executing traditional and digital marketing plans that drive business results.
- Strong content writing and editing skills, with experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and trends, including SEO and the ability to develop and execute new marketing concepts and techniques.
- Proven history of using CRM (preferably HubSpot) to drive results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for successfully working independently or within a team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
