About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing strategy and execution from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership of all marketing efforts, establish a strong brand presence, and drive growth in a successful business that’s just beginning its marketing journey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating as a “one-person marketing team” and setting up foundational marketing processes, tools, and content that will shape the company's future.


This position will be 2-3 days a week onsite in Long Island (Islandia)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive growth, including demand generation, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
  • Content Creation & Brand Voice: Create, curate, and maintain high-quality content for LinkedIn, printed materials, presentations, and other assets that effectively communicate our brand’s unique voice and value proposition.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize the company website, lead website updates, and oversee CRM strategies to improve lead generation, nurture existing relationships, and drive conversions.
  • Events & Conferences: Plan and execute marketing for industry conferences, including booth displays, promotional materials, and on-site branding to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies, primarily on LinkedIn, that showcase the company’s expertise, foster industry relationships, and increase visibility among target clients.
  • Brand Consistency: Act as the brand steward, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone across all channels and materials.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, report on results, and optimize tactics to improve ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Strategy & Execution: Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, ideally with experience building marketing functions from scratch.
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong writing and content creation skills with experience in creating presentations, digital and print materials, and social content.
  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Comfortable with website management, SEO, CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), and social media (especially LinkedIn).
  • Project Management: Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
  • Brand Building: Passion for brand building and establishing a consistent and authentic brand voice.
