Job Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager to join our clients growing team! In this role, you will be playing a critical role in leading a team of marketing coordinators and graphic designers, managing business development efforts, and maintaining our brand with external clients. You will also be managing the proposal process, scheduling, resource allocation, and supervising regional marketing staff.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers, Office Managers, and pursuit leads on marketing and business development initiatives for the region.
• Handle client account analysis and win planning sessions.
• Supervise and mentor the regional marketing staff, contributing to their detail-oriented growth.
• Lead the proposal process development and management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and pursuit strategy/messaging.
• Stay informed with industry developments and tools, sharing this knowledge with team members.
• Ensure quality control of submittals and marketing materials.
• Participate in business development meetings with Business Development Managers and Client Service Managers.
• Coordinate high- to strategic-level pursuits, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Assist with writing and editing both technical and non-technical proposal sections, ensuring clarity and effectiveness.
• Manage the CRM database within the region, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Monitor and support outside marketing activities, such as conferences, open house events, and trade shows.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Marketing role• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to use Facebook Insights for data-driven decision making
• Expertise in Google AdWords for effective online advertising
• Proficient in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting website traffic
• Experience in creating and managing advertisements across various channels
• Proven track record of increasing brand awareness
• Strong understanding of budget processes in a marketing context
• Experience in campaign planning and execution
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
