We currently have an open position for a Senior Marketing Manager in our Marketing department located in the Boca Raton, Florida location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops multichannel marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
  • Create and execute the corporate marketing plan for all business units
  • Manage and liaise with third-party vendors and consultants/service providers including our Ad Agency, webmaster and tradeshow companies.
  • Work with and delegates to partial FTE resources.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Oversees the designs, build, and maintenance our social media presence.
  • Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Manage the marketing budget.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns (Email marketing, digital advertising, sponsored social media content, etc.). Track effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the Vice President and executive team.
  • Collaborate with company’s functional areas and coordinate content creation for articles, press releases, blog posts, and social media.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through multi-channel marketing.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Creates and oversees graphic design production for all company collateral.
  • Coordinate and organize all tradeshow arrangements (registration, shipping, promotion).
  • Assist with format, layout and customization of marketing collateral and digital presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the CDMO / Pharma industry
  • Working knowledge of the drug development process
  • Experience leading junior marketing team members.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Working experience with Salesforce, Pardot and managing marketing campaigns out of Salesforce.
  • Experience with marketing automation via Salesforce.
  • Experience with Global Data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience writing and executing marketing plans
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
  • Ability to convert analytical data into useful, actionable information
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Working knowledge of general office and design software including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator skills)
  • Proactive, energetic self-starter with good problem-solving skills and able to work remotely in proactive fashion
  • Able to build rapport and interact at all levels of the organization
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team
