Position Summary:

This position will be located onsite at our West Valley City, Utah location located at: 2460 South 3270 West, West Valley City, Utah 84119

This position will lead a team of Product Managers accountable for managing the Scientia Vascular Neuro Portfolio by creating clear portfolio strategy, product development, and marketing plans. This individual will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams in gathering Voice of Customer, Voice of Sales, and regional needs for commercial execution related decisions and investments. This position will also serve as a project leader for key strategic projects and to support the development and management of Marketing Plans and Marketing Budgets on an annual basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial analysis of project proposals, including market share, revenue forecasts, pricing and exclusivity, development budgets and P&L impacts (risk exposure).
  • Analyze business results including market share, buying process, promotional results, market research findings, competitive activity, etc. to inform portfolio decisions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provides expert product marketing and brand management knowledge, experience, tools, and guidance in the development of sustainable competitive advantage.
  • Lead and/or oversees ideation, development and refinement of the brand platform including positioning, brand identity and message platform in collaboration with the marketing communications team. This includes the analysis of marketing channels and activities to recommend marketing mix to optimize brand activation, share of voice and spend levels, content needs, etc.
  • Develop and execute commercialization plans, including evidence generation, organizational readiness of commercial, and manage communications for new products.
  • Manages assigned product line with responsibility for results in terms of achievement of budgeted levels of sales.
  • Implements and maintains "best practices" in market shaping, product development marketing, and lifecycle management.
  • Dedicates time and interaction with customers, KOL’s, external parties and key stakeholders to sense and shape the market.
  • Define and build metrics to measure success and return on investment of local campaigns and overall marketing effort.
