JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering relationships with current and prospective retailers, retain, and ensure retailer success. Ideal candidate will need to have an excellent communications skill, self-motivated and willing to travel to seminars, tradeshows, or workshops when necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
· Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
· Engage with potential retailer to determine their needs
· Develop and retain relationships with retailers, prospects, and vendors
· Organize monthly webinar, events, and training for retailers
· Need to stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new prospects
· Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
· Build and maintain professional relations with other stakeholders
· Attend sales staff meeting to analyze sales tools, program, and trend
· Ability to lead a team of sales professionals
· Ability to take initiative, work independently with little to no supervision
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Minimum of 2 years of sales or marketing experience plus BA or BS or equivalent
· Fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus)
· Knowledgeable in MS Office and HubSpot CRM software
· Ability to negotiate and have sound understanding of marketing and sales skills
· Ability to connect with more audience on social media to register in app and website
· Ability to close deals with business owners and decision-makers
· Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
· Ability to create and give presentations
· Ability to present material accurately and effectively.
· Able to effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and company employees verbally, via phone, email, written correspondence including using spreadsheets and other computer-generated presentation and financial tools.
· Passionate about sales, and with enthusiastic ability to connect with stores owners
· Needs to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven
· Proven project management skills working collaboratively with internal and external groups.
· Excellent Managerial skills, team motivator, and spectacular presentation skills. Ability to work independently.
