LHH is currently recruiting for a permanent Marketing Specialist role for our client in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of marketing experience preferably within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Management: Utilize and manage CRM systems to track and analyze customer interactions and data.
• Marketing Automation: Implement and optimize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
• Digital Marketing & Analytics: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
• Website Updates: Maintain and update the company website to ensure content is current, accurate, and engaging.
• Content Creation: Create compelling content using tools like Canva to support marketing initiatives, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within financial services, oil and gas, investing, or banking.
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
