LHH is currently recruiting for a permanent Marketing Specialist role for our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of marketing experience preferably at a financial services company. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.


Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis, to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, paid search, and display advertising, to drive brand awareness and support lead generation efforts.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content (blogs, social posts, videos, infographics, etc.) that aligns with the company’s brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating industry events, webinars, and client meetings, ensuring a seamless experience that reflects our brand and engages attendees.
  • Project Management: Oversee the progress of marketing projects, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines. Communicate with stakeholders to align on goals, strategies, and results.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, digital campaign execution, content creation, and event coordination.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, project management software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work hybrid at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
