Our MSP core values are RESPECT, INNOVATION, COMMUNITY, EXCELLENCE, AGILITY What you are about: The Segment Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the overall marketing function across unique MedSpa Partner clinics and segments. Reporting to the Director of Clinic Marketing, this role will lead the planning and implementation of clinic marketing strategies, activating marketing channels that fit the unique clinic needs, managing team resources and collaborating closely with partners on Clinic Operations to develop aligned 52-week marketing plans. Manage budget and resources across a defined segment of MSP clinics. Develop strong relationships with key team members within clinic marketing, operations and clinic staff. Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing the required guidance and overview of the marketing deliverables, ensuring outputs meet the expectations and standards of the organization. Work with the Director of Clinic Marketing to support clinic onboarding and ongoing integration and optimization within the MSP platform. Support the execution and performance of clinic marketing activities across multiple channels: email, SMS, social, website, advertising, PR, partnerships, and local/in-clinic events. Contribute to the planning and execution of clinic content creation across organic marketing channels. Ensuring the production and delivery of innovative, effective and engaging content that appeals to the clinic target audience and reinforces the brand. Partner with Regional Operations team to develop a 52-week marketing calendar, reflective of key seasonal activations and local highlights per clinic. Collaborate with the Director of Clinic Marketing for the adaptation of global campaigns, ensuring segmentation fit and accountability for deliverables. Provide copywriting for email, website, and social media that reflects the brand tone of voice and drives engagement. Source local and specialized 3rd party support for marketing activities, including but not limited to agencies, designers, content creators and influencers, photographers, videographers, writers, and event support. Engage in day-to-day clinic marketing and brand support, including but not limited to website updates, print collateral, signage, ad-hoc social and e-mail and SMS support. Identify local partnerships and seek out mutually beneficial cross-promotional opportunities. Measure + analyze marketing performance across channels with the support of Marketing Operations, Growth, Patient Success and Finance. Contributing to the optimization of our full-funnel sales enablement efforts. Provide reports on segment KPIs and as well as quarterly priorities for the clinic marketing team. Engage with the Director of Clinic Marketing to support segment research and customer analysis. Engage with the Marketing Operations team for specialized email, CRM, and website support, as well as development of tools and templates for executional support. Support across the other clinic marketing teams by sharing best practices and key tactics to help elevate colleagues and other team members. Understanding the role of different channels, tactics, and efforts to help address specific business needs. You're able to adjust plans in the face of performance issues or changing business needs.
