Position Overview:
The Home Doctor is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and manage our marketing initiatives within a growing construction company. This leadership role will oversee the company’s call center, canvassing, and home show departments, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic vision, strong team management skills, and deep expertise in lead generation and customer engagement across multiple channels. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and contributing to revenue growth by driving customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Call Center Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s call center, ensuring it is meeting or exceeding KPIs for lead generation, customer service, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the call center team to develop training programs, optimize scripts, and refine processes to improve performance.
- Analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement data-driven strategies, and achieve consistent growth in leads and customer engagement.
- Manage budget allocations and ensure resources are effectively utilized to meet marketing and sales goals.
2. Canvassing Program:
- Lead and manage the canvassing team, developing strategies to identify new business opportunities in targeted local markets.
- Create and implement a systematic canvassing approach to generate quality leads, ensuring a positive brand presence in communities.
- Monitor canvassing effectiveness, adapt tactics to maximize conversion rates, and ensure team members are consistently hitting performance targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that canvassing activities align with broader marketing and sales strategies.
3. Home Show Department:
- Oversee the company’s participation in home shows and other industry events, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
- Work with event coordinators, designers, and sales teams to create compelling booth displays and presentations that showcase the company’s services and offerings.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment through effective promotions, lead capture, and follow-up systems.
- Track and report on event performance, optimizing participation strategies for future events.
4. Strategic Marketing & Leadership:
- Collaborate with the CMO and executive team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, direct mail, radio, and local media outreach, to support lead generation efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to adapt marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI across the call center, canvassing, and home show departments.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use analytics to track performance across all marketing channels and make adjustments as necessary to improve results.
- Report on key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment for campaigns and initiatives.
- Continuously monitor customer feedback and market trends to ensure marketing strategies are effective and responsive to changes in the marketplace.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing teams (preferably in construction, home improvement, or a related industry).
- Proven experience in managing call center operations, canvassing programs, and event marketing (home shows or similar events).
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and marketing analytics.

Salary:
-$70k-75k base pay with monthly bonus opportunities based on company performance
