Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract potential clients, and drive traffic to the firm’s website.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page strategies, keyword research, link building, and local SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, focusing on building brand presence and engagement with potential clients.
- Content Creation: Develop and manage content for the website, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other digital assets. Ensure content is relevant, optimized for SEO, and resonates with target audiences.
- Website Management & Optimization: Work with web developers to optimize the firm’s website for both user experience and SEO. Monitor website performance, conduct A/B testing, and ensure the website is mobile-friendly.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Create and optimize lead generation strategies, including forms, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns, to convert website visitors into qualified leads.
- Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, including newsletters and drip campaigns, to engage with prospects, nurture leads, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Analytics & Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance (using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Legal Team: Work closely with attorneys and staff to understand the firm’s goals and develop marketing strategies that align with legal services offered.
- Stay Current on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, personal injury law, SEO, and PPC to ensure the firm is employing the most effective strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Experience with content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of website CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS.
