Pay range: $22/hr - $25/hr
Job Description:
The Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting the growth of independent eye care practices within a defined territory. This position involves managing a variety of marketing projects and processes aimed at increasing brand awareness, improving marketing outcomes, and driving revenue. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the ADO Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, create marketing collateral, and enhance brand cohesion across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Oversee the full scope of assigned member accounts, ensuring satisfaction and successful execution of marketing deliverables.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each assigned member practice.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing initiatives to optimize performance.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Drive member lead generation and lead nurturing programs through email campaigns, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Campaign Execution:
- Partner with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute marketing campaigns that meet client expectations.
- Ensure all marketing programs align with client strategies and brand guidelines.
- Project Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce campaigns on time and within budget.
- Maintain oversight of project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track performance metrics and provide periodic reports to division leadership.
- Creative Development & Content Creation:
- Develop and formulate marketing materials, including internal collateral, direct mail, print ads, broadcast media, and online campaigns.
- Work with creative teams to produce new materials or adapt existing collateral.
- Proof, edit, and repurpose content for various media.
- Website & Media Coordination:
- Coordinate the development or modification of member practice websites with the Web & Media team.
- Public Relations & Community Outreach:
- Implement targeted public relations and community outreach efforts to boost local engagement and visibility for member practices.
- CRM & Data Analysis:
- Utilize CRM and data warehouse tools to monitor campaign performance, and provide metrics and ROI analysis to leadership.
- Client Engagement:
- Act as a trusted resource for clients, providing strategic guidance and solutions to drive business growth.
- Actively participate in member calls to implement and track marketing initiatives.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Model professional behavior and maintain ethical standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in training less experienced employees when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills:
- Strong project and campaign management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- Occasional travel may be required (up to 25%).
