Solomon Page is hiring: Marketing Associate in Minneapolis

Our client, a well-known eyewear company, is looking for a Marketing Associate to join their team for a 6 month contract in North Minneapolis, MN. This position requires working onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned member accounts, ensuring member satisfaction and successful delivery of marketing plans.
• Help develop yearly strategic marketing plans for clients.
• Measure and improve marketing programs based on performance results.
• Optimize member lead generation and nurturing using email, content, and social media.
• Coordinate marketing activities with customers, internal teams, and partners.
• Ensure all projects align with client strategies and branding guidelines.
• Lead project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality campaigns that meet client expectations.
• Support the Marketing Manager in creating marketing plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Build trust with clients and internal teams by addressing challenges and driving growth.
• Conduct member calls to discuss and implement marketing initiatives.
• Analyze marketing results to assess ROI and recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage marketing materials, including digital campaigns, social media, events, and PR efforts.
• Work with creative teams to design or customize marketing collateral.
• Coordinate website updates and development with the Web & Media team.
• Oversee content creation, proofing, and editing for various channels.
• Use CRM and data tools to track and report on campaign performance.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and HIPAA protected information
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 3+ years of marketing experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office; Adobe design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) preferred.
• Experience managing project scope, deliverables, and working with diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including occasional weekends
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
