Our client, a well-known eyewear company, is looking for a Marketing Account Coordinator to join their team for a 6 month contract in North Minneapolis, MN. This position requires working onsite 5 days a week, and has potential to convert to FTE.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daily marketing tasks, including digital ads, content creation, social media, websites, and marketing communications.
  • Track and report results of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements to boost success.
  • Stay updated on best practices for marketing services and deliverables.
  • Attend client meetings to provide updates on project timelines, deliverables, and results.
  • Ensure marketing projects align with client goals, brand guidelines, and strategies.
  • Assist Account Managers in creating detailed marketing plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
  • Train and guide less experienced team members when needed.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, and 1+ year of experience in marketing, advertising, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Asana, Salesforce, Dropbox, MailChimp, and WordPress.
  • Strong organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel and a valid driver’s license.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasional bending, twisting, or sitting for extended periods.
