Marketing Coordinator Job at Edgeless Beauty Group in Milwaukee

Are you passionate about creating engaging content, building customer relationships, and driving the growth of beauty brands? Edgeless Beauty Group is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our beauty brands, splitting your time between in-store content creation and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and capturing content that highlights the guest experience, products, and services in-store.
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including Instagram Reels, stories, and engaging posts.
• Manage communication channels such as text message marketing to keep our guests informed about promotions, events, and services.
• Engage with followers on social media, respond to comments, and increase online interaction.
• Respond promptly to Google reviews and maintain a positive online presence.
• Assist in creating promotional campaigns that drive traffic to our store and website.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the marketing content aligns with current promotions and offerings.
• Track and report on the success of social media and marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Ability to create engaging content, including video, photos, and graphics.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to increasing customer engagement and driving sales.
• Previous experience in retail, beauty, or service industry marketing is a plus.
