The Marketing Coordinator will support Exchangadisc’s marketing initiatives through campaign planning, content creation, and event coordination. This role requires a creative and organized individual who can manage multiple projects and help build brand awareness. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to a purpose-driven brand.

Salary: $20.25 - $31.00 per hour
Location: Columbus, OH

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote Exchangadisc’s mission and offerings.
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including flyers, digital content, and email newsletters.
Support content creation for blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts and customer outreach.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics, using data to make recommendations for improvements.
Organize and attend community events, pop-ups, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Canva).
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
