We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our clients team in Fresno, California. This role involves leading our marketing team, developing and executing strategic B2B marketing plans, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the marketing team and manage key vendors, allocating resources effectively.

• Develop and implement B2B marketing plans to help drive business growth.

• Oversee advertising and promotional activities across multiple channels.

• Identify and recommend future marketing opportunities to company leadership.

• Collaborate with the sales team to support dealer events and other promotional activities.

• Generate content for websites and collateral materials, including blogs and videos.

• Manage the marketing budget, track performance analytics, and continuously seek to improve marketing processes for greater efficiency.

• Supervise the photo and digital asset database.

• Utilize skills in Content Management System (CMS), CRM, Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Advertisements, Brand Awareness, Campaign Planning, Collateral Management, and Digital.

• Proven experience in a similar role within the steel manufacturing industry
• Proficient in using Content Management System (CMS) and CRM
• Demonstrable experience with Facebook Insights, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
• Skills in creating, managing, and analyzing advertisements
• Strong understanding and proven achievements in boosting brand awareness
• Experience in campaign planning and execution
• Proficiency in collateral management
• Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Ability to travel as needed.
