We are extending an invitation for an experienced Director of Digital Marketing to join our team in Missouri. The position involves a broad range of responsibilities, from client relations to campaign management, ensuring the company stays ahead of digital trends and provides innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including interactive campaigns and immersive experiences.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and fine-tuning of digital campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, PPC, social, email, content, and digital media.

• Regularly analyze campaign, media data, and performance metrics, using insights to optimize campaigns and share results with both clients and internal teams.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the digital marketing team, fostering an environment of creative thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Identify and integrate automation, AI, and other emerging technologies to enhance marketing performance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with UX designers and developers to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences that improve engagement and conversions.

• Work closely with creative, content, and client teams to bring innovative ideas to life and ensure a seamless execution of all digital efforts.

• Consult with clients, guiding them in future-proofing their digital marketing efforts, from AI integration to adopting new platforms and strategies.

• Stay updated with new digital platforms and tools, ensuring the company and clients stay at the forefront of what’s next in the digital space.

• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Tableau to track performance and drive actionable insights for clients.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

• Proven experience with analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.

• Extensive knowledge of Google AdWords.

• Demonstrable experience in creating effective digital advertisements.

• Proven record of increasing brand awareness through digital marketing strategies.

• Expertise in campaign planning and execution.

• Experience in collateral management.

• Broad understanding and experience in various digital marketing channels.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
