Job Description
We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist role based in New Jersey. This role is part of our marketing team and involves working remotely. The position primarily focuses on the planning and execution of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, focusing on social media, influencer, and affiliate channels to maximize engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Develop and manage both paid and organic social media strategies, coordinating with the editorial and creative teams to align content with brand voice and event schedules.
• Oversee affiliate marketing efforts, which include maintaining, expanding, and optimizing affiliate product listings. Manage product reviews and endorsements to build product trust and generate user interest.
• Conduct continuous market and competitive research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.
• Drive and manage an influencer platform to extend our reach within the industry and engage in relevant discussions.
• Identify, coordinate, and manage the company's participation in virtual and in-person events, working closely with the sales team to execute pre- and post-event strategies. Analyze event success and provide insights for future event participation.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior data, and customer journeys. Translate data into actionable insights and reports to guide strategy adjustments and optimize campaign impact.
• Use Google Ads and Adobe Creative Cloud to create and manage advertisements and campaigns.
• Use a Content Management System (CMS) for content management and distribution.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor and improve brand awareness through social media campaigns.

• Must have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with Google Ad and other online advertising platforms is essential.
• Previous experience with analytics and data interpretation is necessary.
• Must have a strong understanding of brand awareness strategies.
